Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, currency handling, and security measures in place for every purchase made at ARMORED FX.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a range of secure payment methods at checkout, including:

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
PayPal and other approved digital wallets, where available

2. Currency

All prices are displayed in USD by default. Automatic currency conversion (EUR, GBP, BRL, USD) may be applied based on your location. The final amount charged is shown clearly at checkout in the selected currency.

3. Secure Processing

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify and approved payment gateways using encryption and PCI DSS compliant systems. ARMORED FX does not store your full card details on its servers.

4. Payment Authorization

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been authorized and received. If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. For international orders, import duties and customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, ARMORED FX reserves the right to verify payment information and cancel orders suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
