Return & Refund Policy

At ARMORED FX we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how to return eligible items and request a refund.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period are no longer eligible for a return or refund.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free from signs of wear, odour, stains, or damage
- All original tags must remain attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or special-order products are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, ARMORED FX will cover the cost of return shipping and any replacement. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For defective or damaged items, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
7. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at sales@armoredfx.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.
