Shipping Policy

ARMORED FX ships premium sportswear and apparel worldwide. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, dispatched, and delivered. All prices are displayed in USD by default, with automatic currency conversion (EUR, GBP, BRL, USD) available based on your location.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- International orders: up to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties imposed by the destination country. ARMORED FX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services, nor for any additional charges levied by local authorities.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ARMORED FX is not liable for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
