Warranty Policy

ARMORED FX products are engineered for durability and performance. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a claim.

1. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as faulty stitching, defective fabric, or hardware failure that is not the result of misuse.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Improper washing or failure to follow care instructions
  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications to the product

3. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at sales@armoredfx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility.

4. Resolution

If a claim is approved, ARMORED FX will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item. Where a replacement is not available, an equivalent product or refund may be offered.

5. Product Care

To keep your warranty valid and extend the life of your gear, always follow the care instructions provided. Improper care that leads to damage is not covered under this policy.
